Stratesign Consulting’s team provided Patient-Centered Medical Home auditing services for various ambulatory practices. We provided consultation and training to assist providers with understanding the standards in addition to conducting assessments of documentation compliance to NCQA standards (to include gap analysis identifying what is missing from the documentation.) We also offer assistance with policy and electronic health record template development in order to meet the standards.
Our consultants provided support to the US Army through privatized housing management services. The work consisted of day-to-day operations and fiscal management, preparation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets, and compliance of all government and military regulations relating to Army Family Housing.
Additional support in privatized housing transition was rendered where our consultants developed Municipal Services Agreement (MSA) to include: utility calculations, emergency services and recycling costs. Frequent interactions were required with Garrison Command for programmatic decisions regarding housing and with DPW in matters impacting infrastructure. We coordinated and developed various reports to track costs as well as performance and revenue.
Stratesign Consulting provided operations management support. The work consisted of overseeing leasing, maintenance and housekeeping; additionally, we provided approval and supervision of all work performed by off-site contractors to complete a minor renovation of the common area hallways and laundry rooms. Lastly, our consultants developed annual expense and capital budgets and provided financial reporting to clients for review and approval.

In support of Veterans Health Administration’s electronic health record modernization efforts with Cerner Corporation, our consultants assisted with various stages of the project. We supported development of national clinical workflows and standardized clinical content and documentation requirements in an effort to identify efficiencies to optimize the schedule, hone governance, refine configurations and standardize processes across the VHA enterprise.
As a primary liaison between the software developer, contractors and federal agency staff providing subject matter expertise, our consultants played an integral part of this cutting-edge and unprecedented effort supporting the health and well-being of our nation’s heroes and their families.
Supported both the Business Process Architecture (BPA) and Business Reference Architecture groups. The Stratesign Consulting team utilized a model-led requirements approach to validate and elaborate business requirements as well as capture the details necessary to create artifacts that link processes back to the systems and functions that utilize them.
Our consultants accomplished this by documenting business requirements graphically using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to create a representation of current and desired health triggers, activities and data inputs/outputs.
The work we did provided the context and content for categorizing, planning, and aligning business processes, information models and business requirements. It also enabled the building of technology through foundational support of the VHA mission, vision, and goals by providing architectural representation that allows business executives and portfolio managers to make better and more informed decisions regarding IT requirements and acquisitions.
